Demo Provided?: N; I banned this guy the other day for a week after mass TKing, and recognized his name but forgot to check the ban list. Got headaches tonight so to make myself sleep, perused ban list again; he's got THREE bans in the past four months for TKing, one of which was a month long (Gearhart's request is here). You would think a month ban would have some sort of impact, but nope. He's only banned for a week now, but I think it should probably be a bit longer, if not forever.
