Resolved - Ventrilo/In-Game sound

Brief Description of Issue: Sometimes when I am in game either the sound in game sounds muffled or ventirlo gets muffled. My in-game sound doesnt sound as loud as it should and the volume is all the way up in game. Also, when I'm playing dod:s or BF4 ventrilo gets quiet. I'm not sure if there is a way to change this or not.

I had him disable the automatic communication volume control in the system sounds control panel
