staged. almost definitely. he's all like 'i can't believe i'm in this bachelorette limo with reggie yates, this is such a surprise'.

at best, he is some random guy they found in a bar but they told him what was going on like just after ('so we're gonna dress you up and take you to a party and shit, for an advert') and he just happens to know the names of the celebrities involved

at worst, he's an actor that they're trying to pass off as some unsuspecting fool that recognises and can name all those peoples that he met that night, which is unlikely for just some random guy at a bar.
