Reasons for the Ban: Well first of all I wan't to say that he just came out of a 2 week ban 4 days ago. I talked to him over steam a week ago I think it was and explained to him why he got the 2 week ban. He talked about posting a unban request and put in "admin abuse/abuse" in as a reason to get unbanned. Today I joined the server and he said comments like "that's because you are a nobody" and things like that. I warned him and I said "Toothfairy, please keep your negative comments to yourself". Then after some minutes he suddenly said in a very rude/disrespectful way "please keep your negative comments to yourself". I warned him again and said not to push it any further and he just laughed about it. I recommend a 1 month ban (he has been banned 3 times before for disrespecting admins/players) and I also recommend/think that this is his final warning, meaning next time he breakes our rules it gets upgraded to a permanent ban. I know that it's not up to me to decide, it's just my opinion.

Recommended duration of ban: 1 month.

Toothfairy has a major problem with disrespecting admins and other players. He is great to play with when he is not negative. I was there, he couldn't keep the comments to himself.

He has made many opportunities to fix his issues with our rules and has yet to learn from his mistakes. He ban has been made permanent for failure to abide by the rules from multiple occasions.
