Reasons for the Ban: According to our source bans he has been banned 4 times already and this is going to be his 5th offence. Today he was teamkilling and teamwounding and threw a nade at me in spawn and laughed about it. Because of all the chances he has been given is the reason why I recommend a permanent ban.
