Reasons for the Ban: I warned this guy about teamwounding/teamkilling yesterday I think it was, he then did it again and I kicked him. When I joined the server today he did it again and I issued a ban. I then looked him up in our sourcebans and saw that he has 6 bans in total.

He just got off of a 1 month ban instituted by myself and has continued to break the server rules. His ban is now permanent.
