Ok i would have to agree with Parker, a tub or a small bucket of B&J would be much better and I think a very much of a lesser chance of not catching anything like some kind of food born illness that way as well. Personally I would NEVER eat directly from the table for a dessert or dish of any kind. I just couldn't bring myself to do that. But still them prepping it right before your eyes is VERY impressive and the final end of it all makes a GREAT presentation of the dessert, showing the person the time involved. now if they put that in a plate with a spoon for such to break the shell and cause it to collapse would be ALOT better. Overall a very good performance of it though. =)
