Yes you can save it. Why don't we get a list together of people that play and with what expansions: I'll start it.

1. TSgt. Candy; Civ V with all current expansions to Brave New World

2. 1stLt. M. McDowell; Civ V with all expansions

3. Gearhart' Civ V with no expansions...unless someone wants to buy for me

I have civ 5 but i do not have the expansions sadly except the Cradle of Civilization one i think. but i would be up for a multiplayer game with some of you guys if your willing to have me?

I mentioned this in the Civ:Beyond Earth thread in the other games section, but I'm down for a multiplayer game as well. ive got civ 5 wih all the dlc and expanions.
