Ok Duckers, first I want you to flush your DNS and winsock and we can go from there.

If you are running Windows 7, go to your start menu>all programs>accessories>command prompt. If you are a local admin on your PC then just open it, if not then run it as an admin. Right click to select this.

In Windows 8 or 8.1 type cmd in search

In the prompt type this in the order listed.

1. ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

2. ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter

3. ipconfig /release and press Enter.

4. ipconfig /renew and press Enter.

5. netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

6. Reboot the computer.

After restarting, go to speedtest.net and make sure your ISP speeds are still good and then run a game and check your ping. If it's still high, let me know.
