Reasons for the Ban: Harassment/TW/TK

Recommended duration of ban: A month

Demo Provided?: N; this is the third ban for him, but that's not all. I've had multiple pubbers complain about this guy constantly harassing them, day after day...but could never catch him in the act. Little finally did this morning, gave him a day ban. Due to the specific nature of his targeted TK's, I think he needs a much longer break.
