I've been running those drivers for around a month now - no issues so far, but better safe than sorry!

I downgraded, but now im crashing while i play DoD, i crash into a blue screen that says something like "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0xbd2065b2, 0xace1543c, 0x00000000)."

Any help?

No longer needed to downgrade, you can go to nvidia's site - they have updated drivers.

To find out which version of video drivers you're running:

Right click on "my computer" (or 'computer' in vista) - select 'Properties'

Select 'Device Manager' from the left hand column (towards the top)

Click on 'Display Adapters' - right click your video card and select 'Properties'

Select the 'Driver' tab at the top; check the driver version (e.g. mine is Driver Version: 8.17.11.9713)

It also shows you the 'Driver Date' which is good in helping to determine if your drivers are old even if you don't know the current versions.
