Brief Description of Issue: I built my Gaming Computer in 2012. I know that things pretty much need to be upgraded every few years to keep up with need trends in gaming and media. I just need some advice as to what parts of my current build can be upgraded and which parts need to be replaced. For instance, I have an 1155 socket MoBo with a 2500K Core i5. Is there a newer socket MoBo I need to get to support an upgraded processor or will the 1155 take one of the new processors. Stuff like that. Here is my current build:
1 x ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
1 x Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes

Hey Reis! Great to see you again, man. The unit means a lot to all of us and I know you were here for quite some time. There’s always room for you to come back

I dont know how many of the people that know me or what i did in the unit are still here. But i just wanted to leave a huge thank you on the forums to this unit, that i was a part of for so many years, and all the good times and hardships i shared with a lot of different people from all over the world.
