Are you seeing purple and black blood?

Click the bottom link to download fix.

Once you download this file place the particledefault.vmt file in C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/username/dayofdefeatsource/dod/materials/particle folder.

If you do not have a particle folder simply create one.

When you click the link it downloads it straight away. Check your downloads folder, desktop or whatever your browser's default download loaction is.

This isn't working for myself or 3 other people I just tried to help fix it. No pop up blocker, attempted in IE, Netscape and firefox. Spot that downloads usually go to is empty
