Hey guys and girls, I wanted to inform you that I would please like to be removed from the 1st MRB. I want to start by reassuring you that it is nobody's fault and I still love you all The primary reason is purely because I do not wish to be weapon restricted, I have tried to get used to using just rifles to better myself before moving to different weapons and I don't have the patience i'm afraid I want to just crack on with the game and have fun using any weapon at will. I have no problem with anyone though and hope those of you that are friends with me don't let this get in the way of our friendship as it is not personal and i do not wish to offend/upset anyone.

I understand to some of you this will probably be quite frustrating but I want you to know I hope this doesn't cause a problem between us Restriction based realism clearly is not for everyone and that's the reason i'm leaving, its purely because I do not want to be restricted and i'm aware the unit offers opportunity's to de-restrict via tests but id rather play with guns as and when I like and get better that way because I am still learning and finding it more enjoyable. I hope I can remain friends with you all though

You need not worry about offending us. We are glad that when you chose a Realism Unit that would leave your Pub days behind it was us. Weapon restrictions are in place to allow our new members to use the primary weapon used in Unit vs. Unit realisms, the rifle. The rifle is a fickle beast, I am a 1stSgt. and I still haven't mastered every aspect. I try to get better every time I log in to the server. The rifle is the most versatile weapon, and believe me once its mastered your KD scores will rise. That is the reason in Realisms only a handful of special weapons are handed out. It is about working as a team and utilizing those weapons to their fullest in the right situations. If you decide that you can put in the dedication it takes to learn the rifle well, you will be rewarded handsomely. Even in the pub if you take a look at who is at the top of the leaderboard, more times than not that person will be using a rifle. Hopefully you will reconsider, talk to other Enlisted members in vent and get their opinions, I assure you they will give you a simlilar take on this. Remember also that as you rise in rank, your restrictions become less and less. As a SSgt. I can use any weapon. I am smart enough to let the experts use the weapons they are best with though. Also know that if you take one of the MOS courses, you can use that weapon freely, even if you do not have the rank for it. We want our people experienced with all the weapons. get involved in the operations of the unit. take a staff position or 2, and stick it out. You will not be sorry and we will gain an experienced Marine. You have not experienced the rush yet of defeating another unit in a realism. take the advice from 1st Sgt. Candy. Try it for a while.

It will be sad to see you go brother, for i was the same exact way before i actually applied to this unit....i was a pubber in the server for omg probably for as long as the MRB have been around. With in the last year I decided to apply, but was really iffy because of the whole restriction thing, and honestly i hated it the first couple weeks but as stuck it out i have become a better rifleman, not the greatest but alot better then a year ago and i have been playing this game since it came out to source. Like i said before sad too see you go and as always we are all always here for ya!!!
