Reasons for the Ban: intentional teamkilling. He has been warned but kept on tking. Fled from the server before he could be kicked/banned.

Recommended duration of ban: since he has already been banned from the pub for 1 week (link) and hasn't learned from that apparently, i'd definitely suggest a longer ban.

Demo Provided?: Y/N No. SSgt. J. Gougeon and Pfc. Orion have been on the pub with me.
