Have you had a chance to try your microphone on another PC Lystad? I'll get in touch with you and see if drivers might be the issue.

I haven't had any chance to check it on any other PC yet.

Few questions. Have you made sure that it is plugged in all the way? Sometimes they come a little loose and break connection. Also unplug it and plug it back in. see if it detects new hardware. Did you recently upgrade to Windows 10? Not everything works as it should with windows 10. Look for crimps in the cord. If it is just a cheap flimsy cord, it may have a broken wire under the insulation. Generally I do not use telephone headsets on computers. They do not normally work as well as ones made for the computer.

I've done all the things you said, but ppl say they have a hard time to understand me on vent. And i don't know about how my mic is ingame.

But might be either the update or the wire. Might as well buy me a mic again (since i can't find my headset)

you are a little difficult to understand in game. I would go for a headset with a mike on it and try that. try one for computers, not a telephone. Hopefully it will be better.
