Different things work for different people. Some things that have worked for me is Yoga, Relaxation therapy, Riding a Motorcycle through the country, taking a long walk, or even reading a good book. Some people knit, others study martial arts for the mental discipline. I play video games. You just have to find what works for you.

take a break, go away on your own, go to nice, calm countrysides. I do that to when shit sometimes gets to heavy, if that doesnt work try to find some medical help i think.

I personally love a good laugh. When all else fails Google search Swedish king in hats. Note this was introduced by the head investigator Parker. If u find it helps make sure to thank him.

Drugs in moderation. Pot helps a lot at night. Meth doesn't help at all. MDMA has been under being tested for a few years now in treatment of psychological disorders, as are psilocybin (psychedelic mushrooms). History of addiction, possibly should avoid or use under strict regulated observation.

Plus alcohol (again, in moderation) can help stimulate social interactions when a high level of stress has removed the desire for them, and as Candy said up there, that does help a lot. Only problem is that when stressed, you don't WANT to.

Music too. Listening to good music, headphones on, absorbed in it. Also playing good music, engaging in hobbies, finding the time to try to not worry.

And cats.

Another thing that helps me relieve stress is laughter. Try watching some Jeff Dunham. He is hilarious. ALWAYS makes me laugh and feel better.

You need to go on a nice scenic driver, listen to jams that make you happy and take your mind off things while cruising. Always remember that things can always be worse, even if you think they can't.

Life is too short, I know you don't know me yet, but things will get better just need to keep your chin up. We all have stress and that's why its important to talk!
