Unfortunately I cannot ban him on stats alone. Please provide solid evidence in demos. Everytime he dies, stop the demo and start a new one to avoid it from crashing.

I agree with TheiK. This is a brand new steam account. Nobody gets that many headshots, regardless of the weapon. We can immediately say that something is messed up, and that is not how the game works. Definitely cheating. However, a demo is required. If anybody can record him next time, then that would be really helpful. If I ever see him play, I will record.
