Details:
These 2 accounts are alt accounts of "80mg__", STEAM_0:1:7078255, banned permanently on 17 Dec 2013.


The 2 accounts were previously banned while using the exact same IP number, 174.63.19.243 (South Burlington, VT), twice within a few hours from each other.
