He was banned for TK on May 05. After that, he did:
-11 TKS on his 8 minutes session on May 14 (including 3 bursts of 3/4, indicating they were also not accidents);
-4 TKs on his 8 minutes session yesterday, June 06.

 

I wasn't playing at the time, info from the logs.
