Ban Request: Andy

C. Wilson said that Andy's accuracy percentage is "his percentages seem a little high, but somewhat within normal ranges".

I provide evidence that his percentages are not within normal ranges:

If you look at my original thread, and my original screenshot that I posted, Andy had over 100% accuracy at the time I have filed the complaint. This is "not within normal ranges", this is perfect accuracy. With over 100 kills with the k98.
If you look at Andy's accuracy, after he played with other guns, for that day, his daily average is 68%. There is no a single-player on the server whose accuracy rate is anywhere close to 68%. Indeed, go to the GameMe page and click on to rank players by Accuracy. If you ignore the players with 1 or 2 kills in their GameMe history you will find that the highest recorded player on the server has a little over 40% accuracy. This new player, Andy, maintains 68%. The day prior he had 63%.
If you look at Andy's accuracy level with k98, on the GameMe page, the system records it at ridiculous 83%. There is not a single-player who regularly plays on the server whose accuracy rate is anywhere near this amount.

Now, this is not part of the evidence-part, but something about myself. I been playing on your servers for many years. I been data-mining the stats, and creating spreadsheets of them for my own entertainment, I know which numbers are possible and which numbers are impossible. I have banned numerous cheaters on this server, and many others, by simply using the game data. I know when I see a cheater. This is as blatant as they come.

I am unable to provide any demo since your server has a broken demo system, nor do I have a working fraps system. I would love to provide demos but I am unable do. Since in this case the numbers are clear, there is no need to provide demos here, as those accuracy percentages are impossible under normal play.
