Is there a reason for having the camera point directly in the direction of your killer after dying?

It makes it impossible to have a good location and stay there after killing someone, because that person is pissed you killed them and is out for your blood, and knows exactly where you are or has a very good idea.

An alternative would to have the screen fade to black after dying, or something of similar results.

Is there a reason for this? I can't see an obvious, clear answer.

One thing I can think of is to discourage camping, but I don't understand why.

its just the way designers made it. of course most people want to know were they got killed from but then again if they took out that feature it would frustrate more people than it made happy and thus limit the marketability of the game, hence why publishers are the devil of the gameing industry. don't trust activision they dont actually make it lol
