Duration of Ban: loosing his admin for abusing

Reasons for the Ban: Abusing admin:

Demo Provided? no

Comments: situation: I shot 1 time around spawn in argentan, there was only 1 allied around.

He complained about me shooting at him wich was simply NOT true.

I didn't talk at all, i only typed.

I told him in chat "who is this guy?" = meaning that he shouldn't enfroce rules that dont exist.

I told him i did NOT hit him (in chat).

I got kicked for NO good reason, there is no rule thta stated you can't shoot around spawn.

If you wanna "bend" the rules so you can kick me thats all fine by me, that just  shows some people want me gone...

But as long it doesn't state in the rules, there can't be a insta kick for it.

Specially when the comment for the kick was "ff"...

On top of that i came back and called out admin abuse (this time with voicechat).

i got insta muted. once again shows that people dont want me in the pub.

 

Maybe its time people show me the RESPECT this unit alwyas tlaking about.

 

I did nothing wrong, i did not brake any rules, i didn't provoke any admin until i got wrongfully kicked.

If this is the way  admin can do whatever they want, i dont get how no1 trusted me with admin sinds some with admmin abuse it.

 

This massage might not have alot of "respect" in it, but sinds you guys are not showing it to me, i have no reason to give it back.

 

I expect i fair and hounist awnser, for WHY i got kicked, and why RESPECT is for the happy few?

I have a couple of things to say here Wulgaert because I witnessed everything from spec,

1. You were randomly shooting around spawn and hit a teammate, you know the rules Wulgaert
2 After you got kicked by Fielding, you come back and is yelling "admin abuse" over the mic and then you started discussing, we told you to stop and you eventually got muted also by Fielding

3. Leaving and rejoining to get rid off a mute is just making things worse, like I said before Wulgaert, you know the rules 100%

No ban was issued, so in the future, just remember the server rules.

Additional point for you Wulgaert: Our list of admins which clearly shows that Scinta is not an admin, and has never been an admin on our server, so I'm not sure how he could have abused said admin.

 

Additional point for review: The only reason you were never trusted with admin is outbursts like this and the tendencies you are currently displaying of flying off the handle when you perceive things to not go your way. Had you remained in the unit and demonstrated a progression in your maturity level you would have eventually gained admin.

 

As you stated you did not team wound (I know because I dove the logs on the server for the time of the incident out of respect of your request).

 

But you did specifically aim to start an argument that did not need to be had in the server that detracted from gameplay and created a scene. And then when corrective action was applied to prevent the conversation from devolving further you decided to dodge the admin action instead of waiting out the mute and taking the conversation to a more appropriate avenue (e.g. discord [which you still have access to], steam [which you still have members on your contacts]).

 

As you did dodge the admin action I am going to overrule the MP chief and apply a week ban for dodging admin. Please take this time to learn from your mistake and stop repeating them. If you do not feel you can handle such an advanced emotional exercise, please find a new server to play on.

 

Final point for your review: You are correct, some of us [myself included] don't really like playing with you, however out of respect to the fact you are allowed to enjoy yourself we have not pursued removing you from our server. In fact, the very admin you accuse of admin abuse has defended you on multiple occaisions when it has been brought up that you are stirring up a negative environment in the public server. The job of our admins is to ensure that the server and it's voice chat remain a jovial environment with joking and fun where people can avoid the stressors of the real world. Coming in and trying to stir the pot and start fights is the opposite of that so your PRIVELLEGE of VoIP was rescinded. By choosing not to wait our the admin action you CHOSE to be banned.

      So, to address this concerning issue for a 3rd time now. We have previously told you we DO NOT tolerate the behavior you have disgustingly displayed within our server. I will however state I'm absolutely THRILLED to hear you've learned your lesson and now know that acting the way you did was indeed wrong in every aspect. Thats great but unfortunately isn't a factor that will change my mind on the matter as you were told before. If you don't remember what was said to you previously that's A-OKAY!! Because I have graciously provided you with the response you were given previously by our MP chief at the time of your last unban request. I want to say it takes a man to admit he's wrong but unfortunately, we both know this situation should've never have happened to begin with. So, with that being said I am hereby stating your ban will stay as a PERMANENT ban and will not change in the seeable future by any means. Thank you for reaching out to us and know I'm happy as ever to hear you've learned your lesson but as I stated above that doesn't clear you of your actions nor does it make me forget on how YOU chose to act that day as a guest within our servers.  Perma Ban stays in full effect.
