Comments:  Cpl. B. Landgren requested assistance in handling a ban on this player.  Rec. Kerr and another player contacted Cpl. B. Landgren regarding this players behavior.  Per Cpl. B. Landgren:  "Racism, Disrespect of Admins, Disrespect of fellow pubbers. I was notified by Rec. P. Kerr and [247] Col.
