Reasons for the Ban: Wallhack / Legitbot. 

First, based on the demos, you can clearly see that the player relies heavily on an auto-fire mechanism because they are not experienced in the game. In one of the demos, they demonstrate they does not know how many bullets are in the secondary weapons & they forget to reload (this could be a rookie mistake because most experienced players never leave secondaries half-loaded under any circumstances). This could be a circumstantial indicator that the player is not as skilled as they claim.  Second, many of the player's shots don't line up with the target - ever.  In fact, his client is "flicking" so quickly that some shots are completed before the shot is communicated to the server, and then to the spectator's client (which is why the shots appear to be 'way off target'.  These demos were collected on the game day in a continuous map rotation.

Exhibit A: https://streamable.com/h7nrr4 - A frame-by-frame shows they shoot their target without even placing the crosshair on it - a sign that his client is "flicking" faster than the period of latency (i.e., he completes his shots before his network can communicate his actions to the server & subsequent spectator).  This behavior is not abnormal for this particular player, and their style of shooting is quite common throughout the other demos. 

 

Exhibit B: https://streamable.com/c4asb0 - In this video, the player appears to fire their weapon with absolutely no recoil whatsoever.  

 

Exhibit C: https://streamable.com/hnutk5 - This is a more-complete demonstration of him firing without placing targets in the crosshairs. In fact, his reaction time is less than 1 frame, which places it less than 0.013333 seconds.  That means his reaction time is about 27 times faster than the average reaction time of a human being (see citation in link).

 

Exhibit D: https://streamable.com/p99mly - In a frame-by-frame review, this video shows him firing at at Target & scoping in simultaneously; except, even frame-by-frame, the image shows the target dying before the scoping action is complete.  Simply put, they no-scope the target from about 100+ meters, and subsequently zoom in.  This is a catastrophic blow to his cover.
