This player is using some sort of hack or exploit to consistently shoot and reload the rocket launcher in 2 seconds (default is 4 seconds), move while shouldering the rocket and its all around is pulling off some sketchy things with the bazooka. Tator will add some demo recordings as well.

I actually can vouch for this. I didn't get a demo of it happening but I was playing with him and he was able to fire the American rocket twice in a span of a maybe 2 seconds as well as firing the rocket without shouldering it. Also, I will message you Krimit to remind you of proper formatting for a ban request. But I'll take care of this as I should've done yesterday.
