Long time Raiders,

 

[My original post was lost in the forum troubles that are currently going on, so I am re-posting it]

 

Please excuse the title of the post as it sort of falls in a league of its own and thus using the "normal" title format wouldn't really make sense.

 

It's been a while! To make a long story short, I was removed from the unit around 5-6 years ago. I believe I said some things at the time when I was drunk that I shouldn't have. There was a lot of stuff going on in my life at the time. I nearly lost my mother and I was going through a lot. I would like to say that I sincerely apologize for anything I may have said back then to offend anyone. I would never have done that intentionally. I still consider all of you friends, and am still friends with many of you. I play as [PGC] Meteorology typically. I am not asking to be unbanned from the server (as I was never banned from the server), but I think I may have been from Discord. I am asking for the opportunity to be eligible to rejoin the unit, should I choose to go that route, and to be unbanned from Discord. Those times in my life are long over and those days are ancient history for me. I just hope that we can all let things go that happened a long time ago. Again, I really am sorry for anything I may have said.

The Command Staff has had several discussions your request. After weighing all factors, including the nature of the incidents that lead to your initial bans, we are not currently prepared to offer reenlistment in the 1st MRB at this time.

 

However we are prepared to rescind the Discord ban with the understanding that you recognize your ultimate responsibility for your actions and can demonstrate that such incidents will never reoccur. This is an opportunity to rebuild trust and reputation as part of the MRB community.
