Type of issue(s): Password Reset/Unable to receive push notifications via Email I recently submitted a new request to reset my login information to regain access to my account. Yet, I have run into a similar problem before after a prior request was completed, where I cannot fully recover my account by resetting my password from the issued temporary password provided. I seem unable to receive push notifications when trying to authenticate through Email (having used Gmail to create this account), which, to my knowledge, is a recurring issue, albeit resolved or otherwise. I also do not know how to authenticate through the Google App at this time either to complete the process. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Cpl. J.
