Type of issue(s): Password Reset/Unable to receive push notifications via Email
I recently submitted a new request to reset my login information to regain access to my account. Yet, I have run into a similar problem before after a prior request was completed, where I cannot fully recover my account by resetting my password from the issued temporary password provided. I seem unable to receive push notifications when trying to authenticate through Email (having used Gmail to create this account), which, to my knowledge, is a recurring issue, albeit resolved or otherwise. I also do not know how to authenticate through the Google App at this time either to complete the process. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
