moving the piano by using explosives and automatic weapons pushes the piano in which is usually stationary, when it gets to the doorway leading to the axis 2nd flag from the apartments it blocks the passage in a way that the axis cannot get over the piano while allies can still jump/duck through.

Basically it's exploiting the scenery and creating an unfair advantage.

Both Whitestripes and namerone1 were working together to move the object.

Grenades only move them slightly, a bazooka or machine gun is a little more effective but it takes time to move it back, however the room in which the axis have access to has heavy rubble and the only positions visible to the doorway to push the piano back is also in the fire range and view of the allies so it's usually a suicide mission unless someone clears the room by flanking from behind or a lucky rocket shot on the roof.

You can move furniture in the game.

According to a few people days ago, they said parker said that blocking pathways with the furniture which was exactly what these guys were doing is against the rules. They were warned exstensively to cease doing so.

It doesn't matter what they were saying. The server rules clearly state that it is allowed and the post by Major Parker himself clearly reiterates the rules again since there are so many people who do not know the rules of the server.

Last night Maj. Parker was in vent with us and so we talked about it and blocking and moving objects is 100% allowed.
