Thank the good lord!

I'm going to have to make sure I get my four (or more!) drinks in daily if I want to live long.

Disclaimer - Neither I nor the 1st MRB advocate drinking, particularly if you are under legal age in your respective state, territory, city-state, nation, or empire. However, if you are a reasonably attractive individual, please drink as much as possible and make bad choices for/with certain members of 1st MRB.

Just to point a quote from the article out...

"Moderate drinking, which is defined as one to three drinks per day, is associated with the lowest mortality rates in alcohol studies. Moderate alcohol use (especially when the beverage of choice is red wine) is thought to improve heart health, circulation and sociability, which can be important because people who are isolated don't have as many family members and friends who can notice and help treat health problems."

So really moderate consumption is the best. :P

bad choices = talking to MRB members who are over the age of 35...while drunk?
