My post was justified in that it illustrated my hatred towards the Yankees which happens to be the subject of this post, not Canada.

They essentially dumped Cliff Lee's salary for half a season and then went out and got Oswalt. Oswalt's salary is $15 and Cliff Lee's Salary is $9. Half a season of Oswalt is $7.5 m compared to $4.5 for Lee. The Phillies could have and should have kept Lee. It should have been Halladay/Lee in the post-season.... No one would have wanted to play against that.
