Just wanted to show off the Bass my dad got me for Christmas. It's a remake of the Hofner Viola style bass that Paul McCartney used to use in his early days with the Beatles. Thought Zahl might get a kick out of it. It sounds almost as pretty as it looks too!

Yeah this is actually a Rogue Bass, not the Hofner remake, however all the reviews on it basically say that this bass sounds just as good if not better than the original Hofner and is so much cheaper it's well worth it. After plugging it in and messing around with it for a few days I have to say the reviews are right. This thing is a real treat to play. And boy oh boy is it PRETTY!!!
