Yes it is, my current set up consists of 2 frying pans (they sound great!) 3 cowbells (of varying sizes)

Zildjian hats (can't recall model at moment) a paiste 101 ride cymbal ( haven't bothered changing it since i bought the kit) an old (like pushing 100 old) handmade cymbal that my great grandad used not sure what it is but it has this really nice chunky sound to it. A little splashy cymbal and a very small dingy cymbal (like a ride bell but thicker).

Mapex double bass pedals (no, i hardly play metal) and a tama something or other snare.

The bass drum/toms/floor tom vary depending on logistical needs etc
