Reasons for the Ban: Hacking (Cursor spinning at the beginning of demo with multiple headshots. Multiple "reaction" headshots near end of demo. Cursor stops spinning about half way through demo.

Recomended duration of ban: Call of the Admin

Ban denied.

After reviewing the demo, evidence of hacking on it is inconclusive. The circular movement was him just moving his mouse in that manner. All the kills he made were legit as well as the headshots. Thank you for your demo however there is nothing on it that suggests hacking.
